EBI24

EBI24 is a Polish system of EOD class (Electronic Document Circulation), which enables companies to comprehensively manage documentation in digital form. This platform, operating in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, allows the digitization of processes related to the creation, processing, transmission, signing and archiving of company documents, replacing the traditional, paper workflow.

EBI24 Features

Comprehensive Document Handling

The system allows you to transfer the handling of all types of documents (contracts, invoices, orders, requests, protocols, etc.) to a digital environment. It includes creating, sending, receiving, correcting, marking status, and signing documents.

Circulation Management and Virtual Secretariat

It allows you to record, segregate, classify and share documents, replacing or supporting traditional secretarial services. It allows you to create links between documents (e.g. contract-offer-invoice) and to catalog and label them.

Electronic Signing of Documents

EBI24 allows you to submit legally binding (in many business cases) electronic signatures on documents, without the need for a qualified signature. Supports handwritten signatures that can be folded on the touch screen, mouse or stylus.

Invoice Handling (Sales and Costs)

The system allows you to issue invoices (including corrective ones), send them automatically to customers and track the status (delivered, read, accepted). It also allows you to enter cost invoices (e.g. by scan or photo), describe them, accept and decree them. OCR helps to automatically retrieve data from invoices.

Secure Archiving and Searching

All documents are stored in a secure, electronic archive, protected from loss or destruction. The system provides an easy and quick search for the information you need.

Managing Users and Permissions

Ability to assign access to the system and specific functions to different users within the company and external partners (e.g. accounting office).

Document Templates

The option to create your own or use ready-made document templates (e.g. contracts, invoices) to automate their generation.

Integrations

EBI24 offers the possibility of integration with external systems such as accounting programs, invoicing systems or banks, as well as databases (e.g. CEIDG). Enterprise solutions with advanced integrations are available for large companies.

Mobile and Online Access

Access to the system is possible from anywhere and from any device via a web browser.
