§1 Basic Objectives of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy and Cookies Policy outlines the principles for processing and protecting users' personal data in connection with the use of the website www.attomy.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), including its subpages, created and adopted by Attomy Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

This document also sets out the rules for collecting and using information about users applicable within the Service, including when placing orders for electronically supplied services.The Administrator places particular emphasis on protecting the privacy of Users, carefully selecting and implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, including programming safeguards (e.g., data encryption systems). §4 Principles of Personal Data Processing – GDPR Information Clause

The Service is secured with security measures aimed at protecting personal data processed by the Service from modification, destruction, unauthorized access and disclosure or acquisition, as well as their loss, and processing in violation of regulations defining the principles of personal data processing.
Only a limited number of authorized persons have authorization to process users' personal data.
