PNOS is one of the most recognizable trademarks in the seed market. In its offer, it presents about 1500 varieties of vegetable seeds and flower seeds intended for the hobby and professional market.

PNOS faced the challenge of improving sales and assortment management. The key problem was to ensure the smooth integration of the eCommerce Shoper platform with the SAP B1 ERP system. The need arose from the need to automate processes, eliminate errors resulting from manual data rewriting, and respond quickly to changing market needs. The solution was aimed not only at operational optimization, but also at improving the efficiency of order handling and product information management.

Project realized in cooperation with beautomate

Using the BPA Platform together with the dedicated SAP Tool, we implemented a comprehensive integration between the SAP B1 ERP system and the eCommerce Shoper platform. The implementation of the project included:

Automatic order retrieval: The system integrated with Shoper allows automatic retrieval of orders, which eliminates the need to manually rewrite data.
Create and update the client file: When generating an order, a new customer file is automatically created or existing data is updated based on information downloaded from the store.
Invoice generation: Based on the loaded order, the system automatically creates an invoice. After setting the corresponding status in the Shoper store, the invoice is created in SAP B1 and the invoice number is passed back to the store.
Synchronization of product data: The system takes care of creating a basic file on the Shoper platform and updating the status of products, which guarantees consistency and timeliness of data between systems.
