Challenges

Metalkas wanted to automatically send B2B orders from Shoper to Microsoft Dynamics AX and update inventory from AX to Shoper. After the launch of the B2C store, there was a need to expand the integration with a new sales channel. In addition, after migrating from BaseLinker, the company needed a solution to generate and print courier labels on the warehouse and integrate with various courier companies.

Project implemented in cooperation with Beautomate

Beautomate proposed the implementation of the BPA Platform and the proprietary API4SHIP application. Key elements of the solution included:

  • Automate order transfer from Shoper to Microsoft Dynamics AX for B2B and B2C channels.
  • Updating stock from AX to Shoper and BaseLinker.
  • Implementation of order status updates in Shoper, which made it easier to monitor the order fulfillment process.
  • Implementation of API4SHIP to generate and print labels on the warehouse.
  • Configuration of integration with courier companies: Ambro, Geodis, DPD and GLS.
