Memos is a company engaged in the rental of premises. In its daily work, it handles sales and accounting processes and manages tenant deposits, which requires organized record-keeping of payments, refunds, deadlines, and the linking of deposits to specific premises.
Memos needed a system that would handle standard sales and accounting processes, ensure compliance with Polish KSeF requirements, and allow them to organize the management of deposits related to renting premises.
Deposit handling did not fit within the standard scope of Odoo, making it necessary to prepare a dedicated solution tailored to the client's workflow.

Memos received a complete Odoo 18 environment ready for work, configured in accordance with Polish localization requirements and integrated with KSeF. Thanks to the automatic exchange of invoices with the tax system, the client minimized the need for manual document export and import.
The dedicated "Deposits" application made it possible to map out this specific business process without needing to use workarounds in standard Odoo modules. The client's team can now manage deposits in one place, in a clear and organized manner.
Thanks to the provided training materials, Memos employees can operate the system independently and refer back to video instructions whenever necessary.
