Huzaro is a Polish brand of gaming and office furniture, offering gaming chairs, office chairs, desks, gaming stations, accessories, and sim racing products, among others. The brand positions itself as a manufacturer of equipment for gamers and individuals looking to create a modern, functional space for gaming, work, or study.
The Huzaro project focused on developing the brand's international online store and preparing a stable Shopify environment that could support product sales across multiple markets and in various language versions.

Huzaro conducted online sales in a fragmented environment that required migration, data organization, and adaptation to the needs of international eCommerce. The Polish version of the store was built on Shoper. The version serving the German market operated on PrestaShop. The key challenge was to transfer stores, products, content, translations, customers, and orders to Shopify in a secure, consistent manner, with minimal disruption to ongoing sales.
The project required not only technical migration but also the development of a new frontend: homepage, product listings, product pages, categories, blog, gallery, search engine, and conversion-supporting elements. It was also crucial to prepare the store for various domains, languages, and markets.
The project included the import of products, metafields, customers, orders, blogs, and translations from PrestaShop. The scope of migration required maintaining data consistency, correct URLs, product structures, and content across different language versions.
Huzaro's offering includes many types of products, categories, and series, such as chairs, desks, office furniture, ergonomic products, accessories, and sim racing gear. It was necessary to prepare a clear architecture for categories, listings, product pages, and product relationships.
The store required the transfer and organization of translations, preparation of metafields in various languages, and handling of URLs and SKUs in the context of international domains, including huzaro.cz, huzaro.de, huzaro.lt, and huzaro.ro.
The project encompassed both migration work and ongoing support, configuration, analytics, checkout development, and post-implementation fixes. It was crucial to combine these efforts with the operational stability of the store.
Attomy supported Huzaro in the comprehensive migration and development of their Shopify store. The scope of work included data import, environment configuration, and the implementation of new frontend elements and sales-supporting features.
The project was implemented in stages: from data migration and basic configuration, through the development of templates and key store views, to optimizations related to multilingualism, checkout, search engine, and content management. The migration of subsequent language versions was divided into sequentially implemented stages.

“We needed a partner who, in close cooperation with our team, would guide us through a complex technological process, organize the eCommerce foundations, and prepare Huzaro for further international expansion. Attomy delivered this project with great commitment and a very good understanding of our business goals. We particularly appreciate the transparent communication, efficient work management, and partnership approach to jointly creating business value. Thanks to the Shopify implementation, we gained greater control over the store, its offerings, and processes, and Huzaro now has a stable base for scaling sales in other European markets.”

Huzaro was a project where the migration itself was just one element of a larger change. The key was to build a robust, scalable Shopify environment for a brand with an extensive offering, numerous product categories, and international sales ambitions. As a result, the Huzaro brand gained a stable foundation for further eCommerce development and a clear path for expansion into new markets.
